HST uses Microsoft ClickOnce deployment technology and must be launched from Microsoft Edge.

| The following prerequisites must be installed with local admin rights before continuing: |
- Windows 10 (or higher) Professional (64-Bit)

.NET Framework 4.8 (or higher): to download from Microsoft, click
here.
Users must have administrative privileges to install .NET on the workstations. Your local IT resource can assist.
(Use Programs and Features. Turn Windows Features ON or OFF to verify version of .NET)
- Adobe Reader: click here to download the latest version.

If you are having trouble with the update downloading, click
here to uninstall the current version. Then proceed to reinstall HST Practice Management below.

Once you install the components, click launch to install HST Practice Management - Version 2026.02.
